minding our own business

I feel that the US should not get involved in the interventions of some countries. The US is the peacemaker and always interfering. But if we were to step back and not help it would raise some eyebrows and many would wonder why the US isnt doing anything, it would be in the our best intrest to interfere however i feel other countries should stand on their own and deal with their conflicts themselves, however if they are not succesful in the process of helping themselves then the US could step in and try to help. The US shouldnt be the hero all the time. We have enough on our plate worrying about our own problems, we should not have to worry about other countries as well.
